The role

To support planned growth in our London office we are looking for a Contracts Recruitment Manager with experience of recruiting in Dev Ops, Data or Software Engineering to lead our team across the UK and Europe and support our expansion into the DACH region. This is a strategic hire for us and we are looking for someone that will help shape our vision, growth and strategy across next year and beyond. This will be a billing manager role initially with scope to become hands off as the team expands. 

What you will you be doing?

Manage three experienced and capable contract Recruiters with scope to grow your     team from day one. SODA have aggressive hiring plans and aim to make 20 hires between now and December 2021! Coach, develop, train and hire new trainees and consultants to build out our Software Engineering, Data and DevOps teams. Build data-driven sourcing and pooling strategies that meet current and future business objectives for our clients. Identify talent trends and leverage relative market knowledge, data and competitive intelligence Lead by example through evangelising sourcing best practices and driving your team daily towards experimenting with next generation techniques Manage your team through the use of smart data and using that information to drive activity where necessary. Use our SODA Social and Women DevOps events as client and candidate development opportunities. Work closely with the marketing team to help create original content such as blogs, events, podcasts, Vlogs etc. 

What we need from you

Experience of managing a P&L Demonstrable background of working in tech across the UK and European markets. Managed a team size of at least 5 whilst billing yourself and leading from the front. Proven track record as a 360 consultant. Evidence of winning and nurturing key accounts Ideally has experience in hosting offline/Online events, podcasts or round table events. Has successfully trained junior consultants and helped them grow into highly efficient and competent recruiters.
