What you'll be doing
- Use an array of sales, business development, marketing techniques, company meet ups and networking events to engage with our clients and candidates
- Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs; their industry, what they do, their work culture, to become a market leading industry specialise
- Be innovative! Experiment with next generation advertising and sourcing techniques
- Utilise our bespoke candidate databases to find and engage with exclusive talent
- Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
- Research and attend training to become an expert in your space
- Host events, webinars and podcasts in partnership with our marketing team, clients and candidates
- Work closely with the marketing team to help create original content such as blogs, events, podcasts, Vlogs etc
- Negotiate T&Cs, salary and consulting rates

We are an award-winning next-generation digital recruitment agency, with international reach and unrivaled digital recruitment knowledge and expertise. We work with world-renowned technology brands and place candidates with experience in Design, Product and Cloud to Software Engineering, Data and Development a contract and permanent basis.

To support planned growth in our LA Office (Manhattan Beach) we are looking for a Senior Consultant with experience of working in DevOps or Software Engineering to join our team in LA. This is a strategic hire for us and we are looking for someone that will help shape our vision, growth and strategy across next year and beyond.
