Recruitment Consultant - A&F at Trinnovo Group

At Broadgate Search we are continuing to actively interview and hire for awesome people to join our recruitment team! We supply the top 5% of professionals in Governance, Finance & Change to an impressive portfolio of clients spanning across the financial services, commerce and industry and professional services sectors on a contract and permanent basis.

From humble beginnings, and a 3 man office in early 2015, we have grown organically to 25 people across 3 offices and are part of the Trinnovo Group. The Trinnovo Group comprises of 80 people across 3 specialist recruitment businesses that operate within the Governance, Digital and Life Sciences industries as well as a social enterprise that provides support and mentorship to ex-military men and women looking to now establish a civilian career.

Through Broadgate Search Social we partner with innovative thought leaders and business to host events, webinars and podcasts that discuss topics affecting our industry. To support planned growth we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join contracts team in Dublin to deliver Accounting and Finance professionals to clients in the Banking space. 

- Use an array of sales, business development, marketing techniques, company meet ups and networking events to engage with our clients  
- Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs; their industry, what they do, their work culture, to become a market leading industry specialise 
- Be innovative! Experiment with next generation advertising and sourcing techniques
- Utilise our bespoke candidate databases to find and engage with exclusive talent 
- Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question - Research and attend training to become an expert in your space 
- Host events, webinars and podcasts in partnership with our marketing team, clients and candidates 
- Work closely with the marketing team to help create original content such as blogs, events, podcasts, Vlogs etc Negotiate T&Cs, salary and consulting rates
