We are the Trinnovo Group. 'Tri' referring to the power of three (our specialist brands) and 'innovo' meaning innovation in Latin.

We are a group of three multi-award-winning companies that focus on Banking and Finance, IT and Digital and Life Sciences recruitment operating from the UK, Europe and the US.

 We are very ambitious and have plans in place to grow from our current headcount of 90 people across our 3 brands to 200 people by the end of 2022. To support this we are looking for motivated recruiters to join the family and become part of our success story. Unlike a lot of other agencies, we need people that want to progress quickly into management to drive expansion forward.

Your career with us is in your own hands. Our culture is entirely meritocratic and our environment offers the opportunity for you to progress at your own pace. Progression and promotion targets are consistent across the group and are based on 6 month rolling targets. This means that every month is an opportunity for you to get promoted rather than having to wait for your half-year review.

We believe in rewarding our people for the hard work they put in and offer a lucrative commission scheme that is uncapped with no threshold.

For perm recruiters it starts at 10% monthly and goes up to 30%. For contract recruiters it starts at 10% monthly and goes up to 35%.
