Job Summary

 Mission for Team Leader 
To further develop ownership of a sub-sector of our existing cleantech markets (e.g.
Energy-storage, smart mobility, renewable energy), continuing to leverage the
Hyperion brand, methodology and values to win retained assignments and to grow
the Hyperion brand and reach, giving us a dominant position in that sub-sector
against our competition. As well as your own personal development and
performance, responsible for recruiting and developing a team of 1-3
Associates/Search Consultants/Senior Search Consultants, delivering your team
targets and building the solid foundations to add further team members, and
become a Practice Leader.  
· Directly and through your team, to win and deliver retained search assignments, to agreed
team targets. 
· To understand, internalise and live the Hyperion Leadership Principles and
Manifesto, and to encourage and nurture your team to do the same. To be a
positive role-model for your team and to be seen as a leader within the
· To attend sector specific online and offline events to build a network of clients,
introducers and influencers, and to leverage those contacts for future
