The role holder is responsible for the achievement of their recruitment delivery targets and KPI’s, coaching and supporting members of their recruitment sector team as an SME to deliver team targets. The role holder has seniority in their Recruitment sector for decision making in addition, the role holder will be responsible for building strong sales relationships with key client contacts, driving client satisfaction and ensuring team engagement.
