Why have one commission structure, when you can have 2! We pay both a monthly AND a quarterly commission scheme. Receive between 20% - 30% of what you bill over threshold.. But rather than waiting 3 months to have it in your bank, enjoy 5% of your total billings as an extra bonus each month.

Its a very short walk to the Altrincham High street, where you’ll find shopping, restaurants, bars and the incredible food market 🐷

These 2 beauties are the backbone of our office. They make the life of a Consultant here very easy. We are pretty spoilt with the amount of admin we don't have to do. Need an advert going up? Some name gathering, your calls answering, chocolate? These guys have got your back!
Recruitment can be stressful. We all know that. So at the end of every Quarter we down tools for the day and head off to take part in a Team Build activity. And no, we won't be sat in a circle doing 'trustfalls'... they're actually pretty good days out! Over the last couple of years we've been Quad biking at Catton Hall, White Water Rafting in North Wales, Falconry in Cheshire, Skiing at the Chill Factore, building rafts at Sale Water Park and playing darts at the Flight Club. Every Team build ends with a night out in Altrincham, Manchester or more recently, Chester.
Moving from Hospitality into Recruitment after 7 years was a real shock to the system! Luckily I had loads of support and time invested in my training to get me up to speed. Starting as a Resourcer I was focussed on finding great candidates for roles and managing them through the process. I was given a lot of guidance around searching, screening and time management which was really helpful! Progressing through from Consultant to Team Leader I began to focus on Business Development as well as assisting with the recruitment and training of new team members. Again this was supported by training and we always approached BD as a team which is great for any first time nerves! As our business has grown my role evolved again to Business Manager and then most recently to Director, and my development has been supported by being enrolled onto the ILM Level 3 Management course. Working at Detail2 I'm always learning something new which keeps the role fresh and interesting even after 5 years!
