 RBW Consulting is a life science orientated talent
consultancy and we are pleased to be opening an office in Newcastle in the
impressive Catalyst Innovation Centre. We’re looking for experienced recruiters
to join our team and help shape the next phase of our evolution.

Key responsibilities include 
  
  
Be fun and a team player, the team is growing and needs
like-minded colleagues 
Development and execution of business plan encompassing
market assessment, RBW existing accounts and new business activity including
working with marketing in the development of relevant material, social media
activity, new business sales calls and pitches 
Managing existing client accounts selling the technology
offering into house accounts whilst delivering exceptional service to both
internal account holders and clients 
You will be responsible for identifying new prospects,
converting them into clients and collaborating with other parts of the business
on an identified set of strategic, highly important prospects. 
You will accomplish this through the ability to sell the
full scope of RBW's products and services in a consultative manner, negotiate
an effective contract and tailor solutions to address our client's needs. 
This role will require a high level of execution at every
stage of pipeline development and candidate delivery. 
  
 Skills and Experience 
  
  
A minimum of two years’ recruitment experience. 
A proven track record in developing both new clients and
delivering excellence to existing customers is essential. 
You will have strong written verbal communication and
presentation skills strong pipeline management and energy to over perform. 
Work to a high standard driving for sales performance. 
Strong customer first selling skills. 
Comfortable to work under pressure, demonstrate sound
business judgment, common sense and insight. 
You will understand the different tone and approach between
selling the different solutions offered by RBW.
