What is the role?

This is an exciting role, and we are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for their work and wants to think creatively about how they hire talent. You will be given the autonomy to lead the full hiring processes, partnering closely with hiring managers to provide proactive sourcing, networking, and pipelining of all future hires in the UK.

What will I be doing?

The main responsibilities of this role will be to:

Identify, engage and attract experienced hires for the business
Develop a network of consultants for future positions
Drive the recruitment process for RBW Academy hires
Work closely with the marketing department to build the brand of RBW Consulting
Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and create and establish KPI’s for our Internal Talent Team, reporting back to our leadership on team progress
Care passionately, and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, building this into our hiring process.
