The job!

We are seeking ambitious Recruitment Consultants that are money motivated, competitive and resilient to join our highly successful Pharmaceutical team. You'll be joining an established, very candidate led market, specialising within Medical Communications which means you'll be working with clients who provide consultancy services to the Pharma industry to help raise awareness of new medicines and healthcare information via education and promotion. This is an extremely lucrative market and RBW have already forged solid, long term relationships that provide repeat business, which the successful Consultant can take advantage of.

The Person!

Key skills and experience for the role would be; * Experienced Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant with history of consistent billings. * Knowledge of managing clients and delivering to requirements * A collaborative approach to cross selling and working as part of a team is essential. * Would suit a 360-recruiter looking to move away from a heavy Business Development focused role. * Experience of recruiting within a global market, would be an advantage * Ability to learn additional arms within the sectors to promote growth for the future
