Your growth and progression?

You will be given the trust and autonomy to implement your own ideas in the growth of our DE permanent life science business. You will be the face of the Austin Vita and attend trade shows and networking events to further establish the brand and develop your expertise in this field You will have the full support of our central service function and a clear recruitment plan enabling progression into hands off management and beyond, as well as further strategic input into the development of our Austin Vita brand

You will take on a hands on approach building our Permanent Life Sciences divison. Harnessing our recently launched industry focused Austin Vita brand to enrich the communities that we serve by creating life changing connections, while creating a platform built on success, ambition and inclusion to enable fabulous careers for those that form part of our story.

You will help to build both our internal and external brand which will enable you to progress your career to new levels and achieve life long professional and personal goals. We have a proven track record of developing excellent billers and leaders, with all of our Directors joining the company as billing consultants and moving through the ranks to lead highly successful divisions and brands. We are looking for another future Director.
