The Role

Recruitment is a phone-based job which means that a significant portion of your time will be spent speaking to candidates over the phone. The aim of your communication will be to build long-lasting relationships.

We are looking for experienced recruiters that have a solid understanding of the software engineering market. We are looking to add to our Berlin team. An understanding and experience in Berlin is a big plus. You will be moving onto a warm desk but we are looking for people with a strong business development focus.

We have a healthy blend of WFH and office-based working (when it is allowed) so you must be able to self motivate.
Our average fee is €17,000.

With a starting salary of £22,500 for all Trainees, this increases significantly with every promotion outlined below.
