The Role

In this autonomous Talent Partner/Senior Talent Partner position you will: - Work in-house with a wide range of top tier technology businesses, focussing on recruiting enterprise-level sales specialists; - Partner with decision makers to really clarify what they are looking for and forecast when they are going to need them on board; - Meet as many amazing candidates as possible, build a strong network of connections across a variety of technical and commercial disciplines, and create shortlists for retained assignments; - Naturally you'll want to want to nurture the database you've grown, keeping in touch with your candidates as often as possible; - Attend and regularly run industry events; - Manage social media and candidate CRM strategy. Rewards & Benefits

We pay higher base salaries than you'll find in agency recruitment and we don't work to a commission model. We pay bonuses based on performance and run a salary structure in line with in-house recruitment. Our incentives are diverse and based on a mixture of individual and team performance. We have a quarterly lunch club for everyone who hits target, and small bonus to focus on the behaviours our clients expect.

Culture

Talentful act as an internal recruitment team for the clients we represent. Because of that, we'll spend 3 to 4 days onsite with those businesses. This means our people need to be very independent and autonomous. When we're back in our own office in central London we're a relaxed and sociable bunch. We're regularly out for drinks and dinner in the week and socialise between teams all the time. We're not a frantic, box ticking recruitment agency with phone times and irrelevant KPIs. We're a grown-up, commercial company who operate solely in the best interests of our clients.

Office Environment

There are benefits to mixing things up and therefore we don’t glue you to a chair and monitor your activity volumes. We have several rooms where you can go and work, unwind, or do a bit of meditation, and also have a lovely rooftop where you’re more than welcome to work. As a Talent Partner you will work onsite with your client every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday which not only breaks up the week but you could be finding yourself at exciting brands like: King.com TransferWise Bloomberg LP Riot Games Wowcher Thought Machine Luno ...and many more.

This begins with on-boarding; each new Talentful team member spends their first two weeks in academy-style training, comprising of 8 modules to equip them for success. We then have weekly workshops to upskill and learn from shared experiences. We have bespoke training courses delivered on a quarterly basis including a 12-hour management training programme. We invest in monthly executive coaching for senior managers, too.
