This role will eventually allow you to become head of your team within Leeds, ultimately recruiting other consultants to report into you. You can expect to earn bonus from your own desk, but also yearly bonuses based on your teams performance. Standard Commission Structure o Threshold = £5,000 o £0 to Threshold = No Bonus o Threshold to £10,000 = 20% o £10,001 to £20,000 = 20% of everything billed. o £20,001+ = 30% of everything billed. Recruitment Partner Commission Structure o £25,001+ = 35% of everything billed. - Divisional / Team Management Commission Structure The following commission structure is paid annually, depending on your teams’ total billings. You’ll earn 5% of your divisional billings, providing your team is over a total annual billing of £200,000. This bonus will be paid out before Christmas. - Branch Manager / Director Commission Structure The following commission structure is paid annually, depending on your branch’s total billings. You’ll earn 7% of your branch’s total billings for that year, providing the branch has exceeded branch targets, which will be set depending on which branch you’re managing.
