Jameson Legal and Jameson Contract Solutions (JCS) provide specialist legal recruitment solutions on an interim/contract and permanent basis to Law Firms and In-House legal teams across industry and commerce.

Jameson Legal is renowned for placing Lawyers, Compliance and Contract Managers and Paralegals within London, Europe, the Gulf, Asia, Offshore, Latin America and Africa. Our client base and candidate reach is extensive and we compete at the highest level of the Legal Recruitment business.

Annual Commission Scheme

Commission is paid throughout the year as thresholds are reached (not at the end of the year) and for contract/interim recruiters commission is paid on a monthly basis: 5% of Revenue Billed from 1x Annual Salary to 2x salary 10% of Revenue Billed from 2x Salary to £100,000 25% of Revenue Billed from £100,001 to £150,00 30% of Revenue Billed from £150,001 to £200,000 40% of Revenue Billed from £200,001 to £250,000 50% of revenue Billed 250k + Average fee size is £15,000 to £20,000.

We have a track record of relocating our employees across the globe after being based in our London HQ . *Matt joined us as a Researcher 6 years ago in London. Since then he's relocated to Dubai, Hong Kong and now Abu Dhabi with us. Matt's now also an equity holder in the business. *Jamie relocated from London to become Director of our Hong Kong office. As a Director, Jamie is also an equity holder of Jameson Legal. If relocating abroad isn't in your career trajectory, then many of our consultants travel for work. "I wasn’t looking to move when I was approached by Jameson Legal. At my previous company I had hit a ceiling, working the same role over and over again without much variety, so the offering at JCS was of significant interest to me.

At JCS I work closely with one of the Big Four Consultancies and work with Top Tier London and Global Law Firms to provide them with interim and contract lawyers. I cover an array of roles that expand my knowledge of the sector every day. My career trajectory has significantly improved due to the commercial nature of the business with freedom to pursue new revenue streams.

I joined Jameson Legal after studying law at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. The quality focused but relaxed environment of Jameson was a positive draw and is a huge contributor to my 6 years with the company. During my career with Jameson I have worked in London, Hong Kong and Dubai, and am now based in Abu Dhabi. I progressed from Researcher to Director, and went on to became an equity holder. My longevity is a testament to people being at the heart of Jameson's ethos.
