Overview

Jenrick Technology is a small boutique agency that is family-owned. Our focus is on service, we really excel in the market because of our ability to obtain referrals from both clients and candidates. Our focus in around 4 key areas, Development, Data, Cyber and Change Projects across a multitude of industries. We are very flexible, although standard hours are 9am-5:30pm, we treat our consultants like adults, if you want to start later or earlier you can, your target is your target and you can decide how you will get there. We offer free parking onsite at the lovely clock tower, free breakfasts (including cereal, toast, fruit, juice, eggs, etc...) We must be doing something right, our Consultants have an average tenure of over 4 years. If you want to be working for a mature team (who are at times often immature) and earn great commission, enjoy monthly incentives such as lunch clubs, days at the races or trips abroad then why not see what Jenrick can offer you.

○ Annual holiday incentive - A collective target for the whole team (no one is left out). In the past, we have gone to Croatia, Portugal, Marbella, and the list goes on! ○ Mini-incentives – We do these throughout the year, and we go out of the office and do things such as a day at the races, go-karting or even the Crystal Maze! ○ Larger group perks – As we are part of a larger group, we are also included in the group perks, last Halloween we had a huge Halloween party, where a hotel was hired exclusively – we had an amazing time! ○ Bi-monthly lunch club – Our consultants choose where we go each time

Charity

We believe in helping smaller, local charities, as a lot of these organisations support less well-known causes that are just as worthy as other common causes. A couple of times a year, every year, as a team we choose a local charity and help them for a day, whether this means helping out at a local hospice, or getting our hands dirty helping at the local allotments. It means a lot to us to go in and help physically, as although we know that money is useful, we are also are aware that a lot of these charities see a great benefit from having volunteers.
