There were 4 of us when we opened our doors and six years later, we have a headcount of almost 50. We’re an eclectic bunch and whilst most people don’t come to work to make friends, we’re very fortunate to have an incredible team around us.

What we stand for. At Distinct, we set out to create a company that people are proud to work for, a company that people are proud to work with, and a company that gives back. In Corporate Social Responsibility engagement, we work hard to create the best work environment for our team.
As a business we really want to work on our sustainability, we order our milk in reconditioned glass bottles (we already certainly have had some of them about ten times now!), we offer our clients and candidates sustainable gifts including reusable bamboo flask and recycled pen (save the planet!), we recycle (yes, some businesses still don’t recycle). In our office, we use sustainable kitchen rolls and toilets papers. That do not look glamorous but in a team of around 50 peoples, every little effort count. Thanks to our supplier we help to save water, trees, and Carbone, and we help to not use plastic and chemicals.
We make a point of honour to hire talent. Keep in mind it is not for what you are looking at outside but for who it is inside we can hire you. Distinct is based on true values, we look to work with people motivated and engaged in their work.

We are sensible to defend our cause and help as much as we can. All our staff are given three days of paid annual leave to do
volunteer or/and charity work of their choice. Our CEO & Director decided to use this time wisely and sleep outside for the night to raise money for the homeless charity ‘CEO sleepout UK’. We also organise and run each year a charity football tournament with all proceeds going to the Teenager Cancer Trust (and we let the other teams win).
Distinct invests in all possible ways to help his employers have a better life. We offer health insurance, and we motivated our teams to do their best with bonus, trips... We also choose quality rather than financial-economic. Everybody at the office work with MacBook, good headphones…
We probably do enough but we could do so much mot, and we want to. We have ambitious plans for our CSR. As our business grows and we become more successful, it’s important to reinvest. But we are not greedy, and there will come a time (and it’s coming soon) when we will be able to give back a lot more and hopefully make a huge difference in the lives of others.
