- You’ll be sourcing, interviewing and closing Internal Recruiters & HR professionals across Europe for some of the leading brands in Tech. Our clients have high expectations so no search is easy! - Advising clients and candidates on best practices and coaching both towards the best outcome. Your candidates are your future clients so it’s important to focus less on selling and acting as a trusted advisor. - Process improvement - Look at current processes, and think we could do it better? Great! Be part of ongoing work to build the Re:Work brand. - Work on recruitment projects - Marketing, candidate experience, recruiting tools, events...there’s a lot we’ll need to improve as we scale!

Re:Work partner with tech start-ups and scale-ups to help build their Recruiting and HR teams across Europe. Founder Mark Shortall launched Re:Work in 2017 after 3 years working in-house at Facebook. After scaling the Recruiting team from 30 to 150, he decided to take all he'd learnt from his 10 years in HR recruitment and start up on his own. We're now a small team of three working 100% remotely. In the last 6 months, we've worked with brands like Airbnb, Deliveroo, GetYourGuide, Uber, Skyscanner, Stripe, Dyson and Qualtrics hiring for their teams in Dublin, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, Barcelona and Singapore. Since launching, Mark has built a client base from referrals and has yet to actively business develop so we're really just getting started!

Reward structure

We might be 100% remote but we work as a team. We want to build our culture around collaboration so this is reflected in our commission structure. 10% of each fee is pooled into a group total for employees (excluding Mark) and paid on a quarterly basis. In addition, each employee has an individual performance bonus % set around their personal goals.
