Re:Work partner with tech start-ups and scale-ups to help build their Recruiting and HR teams across Europe. Founder Mark Shortall launched Re:Work in 2017 after 3 years working in-house at Facebook. After scaling the Recruiting team from 30 to 150, he decided to take all he'd learnt from his 10 years in HR recruitment and start up on his own. We're now a small team of three working 100% remotely. In the last 6 months, we've worked with brands like Airbnb, Deliveroo, GetYourGuide, Uber, Skyscanner, Stripe, Dyson and Qualtrics hiring for their teams in Dublin, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, Barcelona and Singapore. Since launching, Mark has built a client base from referrals and has yet to actively business develop so we're really just getting started!

We might be 100% remote but we’re a close-knit team. We want to build our culture around collaboration so this is reflected in our commission structure. 10% of each fee is pooled into a group total for employees (excluding Mark) and paid on a quarterly basis.
