Commission Scheme

Here is a snapshot of our competitive commission scheme: £0 - £10k: 10% £10k - £15k: 15% £15k - £30k: 20% £30k+: 25% However this is where it gets REALLY interesting... Do a deal at 15% margin or above & automatically shift those deal values into the following (much higher) commission scheme: £0 - £10k: 20% £10k - £15k: 25% £15k - £30k: 30% £30k+: 35% If you're used to operating at great margins, you'll be earning some truly amazing commission at Cititec!


We have all the tools, experience & knowledge to enable you to be at the top of your game. Each consultant has a LinkedIn Recruiter licence, along with access to multiple job boards. We'll always invest in the most up to date software such as SourceBreaker (intelligent sourcing platform) - and have best of breed recruitment systems in place from front through to back office. Because of the truly collaborative nature of how we work and flat structure, there's always someone on hand to assist you, be it for advice on a candidate or to join you on an important meeting. We have schemes in place to account for collaborative working. Our method of recruitment goes far beyond the 'hit and hope' approach of a lot of our competitors. Corporate Social Responsibility at Cititec

Cititec has been a key sponsor of the Amos Bursary which is dedicated to empowering state educated British young men of African and Caribbean heritage to realise their career ambitions. They work in partnership with volunteers and supporters to deliver programmes that help the students achieve successful performance at university, and enhance their ability to thrive in a competitive world. Our Managing Director Stephen Grant also acts as a mentor and helps to find work experience for the young men enrolled in the initiative Cititec is also a massive supporter of The Hoja Secondary School, it is currently ranked as the 29th best school in Tanzania and it has only been open for 10 years. The school is staffed with local teachers and is now completely self- sufficient. It is free for its 400+ students who all enjoy good wholesome meals from food grown and cooked on site and even more importantly clean water. It also hosts the only fully equipped working computer lab in the entire region
