True flexi working. We have no set hours or location. Only you know when and how you work at your very best. Set your own objectives. Everyone sets their own weekly objectives and then we support and help everyone to achieve them. Choose your customers. 50% plus of our roles are exclusive or retained. We work with clients who agree to work “our way”. We happily turn away the wrong type of business. We found that if we meet the hiring manager we fill 82% of roles, without that direct contact it’s 26% so why waste everyone’s time? We think feeding a portal is as about as effective as reading tea leaves to match the right candidate to a client. So why bother? We do however drink a lot of tea so have an ample supply of leaves if that approach happens to work for you!

Our commission structure

We're a transparent business, so here's what you can expect to earn... We pay commission quarterly. Commission is based on the placed candidate's start date, not when the client pays. You'll, therefore, know how much to expect and when you'll be paid; helping you plan ahead financially.

About the Role

Specialising in HR, Organisational Change and Talent individuals, Oasis HR are the most highly rated HR recruitment agency in the UK and we are looking for a Senior HR recruiter to join the family. Everyone in the office has a family or… a life outside of recruitment and its so important that this culture is maintained. There are no set working hours, or working location (the offices are so relaxed people choose to be here most of the week anyway) but essentially only you know when and how you work at your very best. 50% plus of Oasis HR’s roles are exclusive or retained. They work with clients who agree to work “their way” and will happily turn away the wrong type of business. You know your specialist area and and what you are good at recruiting so we won't try and fit a square peg into a round hole. As long as your desk comes under HR in any shape or form we will support this.
