We operate a commission scheme that allows you to get paid on every bit of effort you put in. We believe that no part of the recruitment process is more important than another, so whether you are a delivery consultant, business developer or account manager you are rewarded for doing a great job. Monthly Commission We pay commission as percentage of every penny of profit that you bring in to the business (no threshold!) and this is how is works: Gross Profit £0 to £9,000 = 10% £10,000 to £14,999 = 15% £15,000 to £24,999 = 20% £25,000 to £34,999 = 25% £35,000 + = 30% (uncapped) [N.B. Every time you break through one of the financial barriers above, you get paid the higher % on all the gross profit you have brought in!!]. Annual Bonus On top of your monthly commission, we also pay an annual bonus.
