At Singular Talent, we’re on a mission to Make Hiring Better for as many people and companies in Biotech as we can. As a Talent Partner, your role in that mission is crucial. You’ll be working to deliver great recruitment campaigns for our customers, ensuring that they secure the talent they need to achieve their lofty goals. 

This is a Business Development and Account Management role, so you’ll be tasked with identifying potential partners, building relationships with them by understanding their business and hiring challenges, and developing bespoke solutions to solve them. 

All of our work is retained, and we work with several clients as their outsourced Talent Acquisition function, so there’s nothing transactional about how we sell. It’s about long-term benefit and becoming an indispensable part of their team. 

Your insight will be essential to developing our company as we continuously improve the services we offer and the way we work in service of our mission. You’ll be a key link between us and the market, helping us to solve the hiring problems of the future. 

You’ll lead hiring campaigns, with the support of our Talent Executives, identifying, attracting and engaging the right people to fill important gaps in the
businesses we support as they develop the drugs of tomorrow in a bid to improve human health. 

We’ll support you with a tailored, proactive approach to your professional and personal development, helping you to achieve your short and long-term career ambitions. 

You’ll be paid well, with a good basic salary and the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses on a quarterly and annual basis. We’re very open to people working remotely around the UK, or from our offices in Cardiff.

opportunity, support ground-breaking organisations in the work that they do and make the hiring experience better for everyone involved. 

The right person for this position will have a proven track record in Business Development, either in technical recruitment (Life Sciences, Engineering, Technology etc.), or in selling services to the Biotech sector. An ability to win new business is key, along with a customer-focused, long-term mindset, and
a talent for setting and achieving goals.
