We are currently experiencing unprecedented demand and revenue growth and as a result, we are now looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants who have both knowledge and passion for the global speciality ingredients space or those that would like to further their recruitment career in this area.

As an experienced 360 recruiter, you will be responsible for managing client demands from all around the globe and lead delivery of projects through the tried and tested system in place alongside our industry leading recruitment software and programmes. We aim to build a team around each consultant which we bring into the team, and you will have your own personal researcher for day one to assist with your workload. We can offer you the opportunity to advance the skills you have learnt to date, be well rewarded through commission and incentives, whilst helping to shape the future of this business.

Key Attributes:
A proven track record in executive search, ideally from within the speciality ingredients industry or FMCG. Strong business development skills with a high degree of energy and drive. Resilience and motivation by competing in a consultatively led but target-driven environment. Commitment as a disciplined self-starter to overachieve KPI and financial targets. Interest to learn about new recruitment technologies and methodologies to assist your growth. Autonomy to drive and develop the industry area which you will focus on. A team-player, someone who can work well with others to achieve best results.

Additional Benefits:

Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays (can be taken as full or half days).
Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8 hour working days. Flexible start time and finish.
