The NJP Selection Group, established in 2009 at the height of the last UK recession, set out with the strategy to develop global, yet niche focused recruitment practices. 

Now over 11 years later we are made up of three recruitment brands, NJP Global, Aston Chambers and Baine Wallace.  

The three practices are truly global with less that 5% of all our assignments being undertaken in the UK.  

We have also recently relocated to a brand new HQ, located in the heart of Leeds city centre and we are now looking to grow across all three practices with a number of strategic hires as we build towards 2021. 

The opportunity

As part of our continued growth we are now looking to recruit a talented individual of graduate calibre to work with the leading brands, sourcing talent in both mature and emerging markets and regularly conducting international searches. 

You will support senior consultants within the business across a number of disciplines in order for the business to achieve its annual objectives. The role will be multifaceted and will require a detail orientated and highly organised individual who is able to demonstrate an ability to work to tight deadlines and submit detailed information to a professional level. 

A high degree of exposure to CRM and Microsoft related software and a second language (written and spoken) at a professional or business level will be advantageous.

Training & Development

- Induction programme consisting of classroom lessons, practical and feedback sessions
- Split into manageable chunks to allow practice of what you learnt in-between times 
- Refresher sessions on sales, systems and soft skills provided continuously on a weekly basis 
- Regular reviews with BU manager discussing progress, sharing best practices and identifying areas of development for future training
We also run regular group training sessions led by the leadership teams alongside mentoring programs for our junior team members. Our aim is to have a team of engaged, talented, high performing people at the top of their game, so learning and development is a top priority.
