Training & Development - Induction programme consisting of classroom lessons, practical and feedback sessions - Split into manageable chunks to allow practice of what you learnt in-between times - Refresher sessions on sales, systems and soft skills provided continuously on a weekly basis - Regular reviews with BU manager discussing progress, sharing best practices and identifying areas of development for future training We also run regular group training sessions led by the leadership teams alongside mentoring programs for our junior team members. Structured Entry-Level Training
We offer weekly training sessions to our junior employees covering a wide range of topics, e.g. Candidate Interviews, Canvassing and E-Shots, Interest Generating Statements, Negotiation, Client Management, Business Development, and many more.
When you join our team, you will be linked to a mentor (a senior consultant) to meet with on a regular basis, learn best practices and discuss any challenges you might face.
External Expert Training
We offer external training to all our consultants, based on the gaps they may have at the time. Additionally, our team benefit from personality training and team building events.
