Job Summary

The Technical Talent Acquisition Partner will work alongside our partners and their internal recruitment teams to deeply understand the hiring challenges, organisational structure and individual team dynamics.

Working in a truly embedded model, you’ll own and develop hiring strategies that support our partners’ growth plans. Internally at Elements, you will drive the continued success of those around you through collaboration, knowledge sharing and mentoring.

In this role, you will deliver the end to end recruitment process for hires at all levels including running effective briefing sessions with managers, applicant screening, compiling of strong long and shortlist for hiring managers, candidate briefings and arranging interviews and feedback sessions to support the successful closing of open positions with high calibre hires.

You will get the chance to work with some exciting clients, and be a true Partner to their own internal Talent Acquisition teams and work in conjunction with Hiring Managers and senior leaders to create appropriate interview and assessment processes.

You will need;

At least 3 years of Recruitment experience (Agency or in-house)

A natural curiosity that has enabled you to become a subject matter expert in your chosen area? Whether that is across Engineering, Product or Data Science, you have shown you have gone the extra mile in building a reputation in the community or area you recruit in.

A warmth and humility that shows you know how much you have to learn and grow?

Strong stakeholder management skills, which has proven you can lead your own campaigns and navigate through difficult problems with Hiring Managers?
