The Role

As a Tech Talent Partner you will work embedded alongside our partners and their internal talent teams to deeply understand hiring challenges, organisational structure and individual team dynamics.

You’ll own and develop hiring strategies that support our partners’ growth plans. Internally at Elements you will drive the continued success of those around you through collaboration, knowledge sharing and mentoring.

Your Profile

*Extensive mix of experience of working in the Talent industry, either solely in-House or as a mixture of In-house and Agency/RPO

*Extensive knowledge of a variety of technical domains

*Ability to source for a high volume of roles, from junior to exec level and within different domains and agreed timeframes

*Ability to think outside the box and provide solutions

*Ability to understand and demonstrate analysis of hiring metrics and help to improve processes where necessary

*Approachable, adaptable, resilient and have a 'can do' attitude

*Driven by delivering great results and providing a level of business partnering to develop professional relationships

*Ability to influence to ensure the right decisions are taken 

*Proactive style in seeking out potential challenges or hiring needs
