The opportunity

We’re on the look-out for researchers and senior recruiters to work onsite with our partners and in our offices in Camden. Successful hires will get the opportunity to work in a hugely collaborative environment, to learn from best-in-class digital recruiters and to work with some of the coolest tech companies in the world.

Our people come from a wide range of backgrounds, but all share certain qualities: intelligence, drive, curiosity, humility and hunger.

Our approach

We try to do recruitment a bit differently. If a client wants a recruiter to just supply CVs, Elements is not for them. We work in partnership with our clients, advising them on everything from their workforce planning to their candidate experience. We invest the time to properly understand their company culture to ensure that we can represent them faithfully. We apply exec search methodology at scale, sourcing passive candidates, pitching and screening them ourselves and only passing on those which we truly believe merit the attention of our clients. And, maybe most importantly, we end up saving our partners a massive amount of time and money, commonly reducing their average cost per hire to around 10% of starting salary. The wisdom of this approach is borne out by the number of high-value, long-term client relationships we have developed, many of which involve us working as an embedded part of our client’s internal hiring function.

Unlike many agencies, we don’t set our staff in opposition to one another. Instead, we incentivise them to collaborate and co-operate to achieve the best result for our clients.

We look at each person’s teamwork, communication, domain expertise, leadership and reliability. The best performers on these criteria get taken on a bi-annual incentive trip to a glamorous location.
