Our clients typically include the major investment banking household names, as well as a number of prestigious hedge funds, proprietary trading firms and financial technology providers in the region. We are also now working with some of the best technology firms in Asia and are also actively involved in the Fintech start-up scene. BAH Partners’ Directors have a wealth of relevant experience behind them and are highly regarded amongst their clients with a history of successful delivery in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore and London.

The Role!

Since beginning business in 2010, we have enjoyed great success and have established ourselves as the no 1 recruiter for the majority of our clients within the financial technology space. We are now looking to hire a Senior Recruiter who can help expand our business further, by building a desk in an area that is outside of our core area of expertise (Technology Recruitment). We have finely tuned our recruitment methodology and best practices to enable our tech recruiters to deliver the best results in the Industry and we are now in a position to replicate our success, in new sectors. We are flexible and open-minded as to which specific sector we break into, however, some of the areas that we are particularly interested in are: Front Office Trading, Sales and Marketing, Legal, Risk and Compliance and Corporate/Private Banking. We envisage this person building and growing the desk from scratch and adding a significant new revenue stream for our business.

Everything we do daily is underpinned by our bespoke CRM system which we have developed to specifically to support and enable our way of working.

Our growth

In 2010, BAH Partners commenced business in Hong Kong, head-hunting and placing technology professionals within the banking and finance domain. The firm has enjoyed eight years of continuous year-on-year revenue growth and has doubled both headcount and revenues in the financial year following 2017-18.
