We are a niche headhunting firm specializing in Technology recruitment within the Asia Pacific Region. Our Managing Directors have extensive financial technology recruitment experience built up across Asia and Europe, having developed their skills at market-leading multinational recruitment organizations in London and the Asia Pacific region. We are currently a team of 14 in our office in Hong Kong and although we are very well established within the APAC region, we still consider ourselves as a young, fun and vibrant company, with further plans to grow and expand.

As we are a small team, we have the capacity to control our own incentives and rewards; whether we pay for you to take your family to Thailand for winning a quarterly incentive, or we all take part in a group activity like rock climbing, junk boating or cooking classes. The Hong Kong office is made up of a small team of hands-on billing Directors, Consultants, Researchers and an Office manager. We are planning to significantly expand our team by the end of 2016 and are keen to hire people with technology recruitment experience based anywhere, globally. We have a diverse demographic in the office, but the balance works perfectly. We share roles, work as a team and the Directors are as hands-on as the consultants. We believe in cultivating a collaborative environment, where we are all seen as equals whatever our level of experience/job title. We work hard as a team. Now our team needs additional players to help us push on from being the APAC market leader in Financial Technology recruitment, to the APAC market leader across all Technology recruitment.

While we are still open to hiring more junior consultants, we are also looking for experienced consultants who can add immediate value. Additional cash bonuses for hitting top and super targets of 10k HKD and 20k HKD respectively. We have a quarterly incentive for the consultant with the highest percentage billings over their top target. This is in the form of an all expenses paid holiday. We have a threshold of 230k HKD per quarter and then the structure goes into a tiered percentage model of 26%, 30% and 40%. Our top billers take home between 300k – 600k HKD in commission each quarter.
