It’s a great time to join Handle. At the end of 2014, we had about 45 staff. We now have 80+ staff and we’re continuing to grow. We have a clear 3-year business plan and every individual has a clear understanding of where they fit in - we're working together to achieve our overall goals. With growth comes challenges, but we feel that makes it more fun. We believe our growth goals are achievable and we look forward to everyone sharing in the benefit of that growth. We have just moved into our new office - which is bigger, more vibrant, buzzy and busy! There's definitely more room for us to grow here!

We’re not big on KPIs and overly formalised structures, but we understand that it is not helpful ‘going blind’ into a new job. Your line manager will work with you to set some goals and measures within your first four weeks. You will be encouraged to seek out ways of measuring your own output. Our CRM database will make this easy – you’ll find activity reports to tell you how well you’re doing. And you will have weekly 1-2-1’s with your manager where you’ll receive feedback and can ask any questions. We have an established in-house training scheme. Regular sessions delivered by our Business Operations Manager. From time-to time we have clients or external experts deliver master classes on current hot topics. We use a Bullhorn database which is linked to broadbean & social media feeds. We also use LinkedIn recruiter and have an in-house marketing function to assist with campaigns, networking events and our HR mentoring scheme.
We all learn in different ways so we provide learning opportunities in multiple ways and make sure you have a wide network of colleagues looking out for you. Our robust 6-month probation provides you with all the training you need in a number of different ways. And you will have regular reviews to make sure we help you with small problems before they become big ones! The learning never stops. Take responsibility for your own development and make use of the resources available… and better still, share your knowledge and become an in-house expert.

It’s not unusual for a successful Senior Consultant to double their basic salary with commission and our generous £10,000 bonus! Resourcers are offered an uncapped commission of 10% plus a generous £2,000 bonus.
