Realising her people skills, she moved to a career in recruitment at Lloyd May. She now is a Director and oversees their 5 core areas. Louisa now has co-founded LMRE, and provides a constructive recruitment platform to the new disruptors in real estate. Richard Lloyd - Previously Richard was a divisional MD of a leading FTSE listed, global recruitment firm in London for over 12 years. He is also currently a co-owner of a 16 office regional independent estate agency. Richard has an in-depth understanding of the day-to-day workings and challenges within both industries.

The Recruitment Consultant will work alongside a team of experienced Proptech recruiters who are specialists in their niche markets. You will be responsible for managing relationships with candidates, including interviewing new candidates and managing those registered on profile. You’ll ideally come from a technical background, either within recruitment or sales, and have a proven track record of developing business from scratch.
• Generating revenue by making placements • Identifying business opportunities by speaking to clients and candidates • Organising and attending meetings with prospective clients • Developing existing relationship • Sending CVs to clients, for existing roles or on a speculative basis • Developing an understanding of the market • Researching news and developments affecting the proptech industry in order to build knowledge and credibility within the market place • Proactively acting upon information gathered from candidates, clients and research • Selling the services offered by LMRE to potential clients over the phone and during meetings
