We are an established agency located in the Norwest Business Park, which is a suburb of Sydney. We have gone through some new positive changes over the last 12 months, taking on some new divisions in the business including Labour Hire/Blue Collar, Trades and White Collar recruitment. We also specialise in temporary/Labour Hire and Permanent Recruitment. It is due to these changes we are now looking for a confident, experienced, goal driven individual who will assist us in growing the business to the next level. What We Are Looking For

You will have at least 3 years experience in 360-degree​ recruitment, specialising in a particular sector will be a benefit but not essential. Most of all you will be able to create business opportunities and develop new and existing relationships for Talent Focus. The successful person will have a:- · Proven track record of growing a successful desk either in blue or white collar recruitment; · Proven ability to establish market presence and expand market share; · Strong PC and administration skills; · Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with all stakeholders both internal and external; · Personal integrity and honesty; · A commitment to upholding the values of the organisation and expecting the best possible results are delivered from our consultants

Incentives and Commission Structure

So what's in it for you I hear you ask? The commission at Talent Focus is the best I have seen in the industry, it’s very achievable and uncapped. There is no reason why everyone can’t make their commission on a quarterly basis. We recognize top performers and celebrate wins. So what exactly is the formula​? Base salary + 25% Oncost = total x 2, then any sales after that we will pay 30% in the $. This model is better than the standard as this is generally 3 x salary The commission is paid quarterly and restarts each quarter, it does not go into deficit. Example:- Salary is $80,000 Base per annum x 2 = $160,000 = $40,000 per quarter + 25% ON cost = $50,000 Let’s say there was $80,000 in sales for the quarter. $80,000 - $50,000 = $30,000 x 30% = $9,000 in commission paid for the quarter. This is a very conservative number.
