Sue Lamb - General Manager With over 16 years’ experience in recruitment, Sue’s background in the industry has seen her manage and run successful departments and businesses, undertaking branch start-ups with very successful outcomes. Sue's strong skills in training and mentoring the consultants, while ensuring policies and procedures are in place, has proven her ability to nurture personal growth while gently directing everyone towards success.

Our History Founded in 1997, Talent Focus (known as Technical Focus then), was established as a niche, boutique provider of recruitment solutions for FMCG, Engineering, Operations and Technical supply chains. So what's in it for you I hear you ask? The commission at Talent Focus is the best I have seen in the industry, it’s very achievable and uncapped. There is no reason why everyone can’t make their commission on a quarterly basis. We recognize top performers and celebrate wins. So what exactly is the formula? Base salary + 25% Oncost = total x 2, then any sales after that we will pay 30% in the $. This model is better than the standard as this is generally 3 x salary The commission is paid quarterly and restarts each quarter, it does not go into deficit. Example:- Salary is $80,000 Base per annum x 2 = $160,000 = $40,000 per quarter + 25% ON cost = $50,000 Let’s say there was $80,000 in sales for the quarter. $80,000 - $50,000 = $30,000 x 30% = $9,000 in commission paid for the quarter. This is a very conservative number.
