Supporting an Associate Director who runs a busy Banking Operations desk, you’ll have the opportunity to work with the companies most experienced and successful recruiter. Learn and work with the best and try and exceed the existing resourcer’s (who’s been promoted) 33 deals in 1 year.
• 3-6 months of resourcing experience, ideally gained within a financial services environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Creative and innovative with the ability to use your initiative when facing sourcing obstacles • Determination and hunger to provide candidate solutions • Excellent time management skills • Ability to manage multiple roles at any given time • Desire to progress to a 360 degree recruitment role • Ability to laugh and smile, we try not to take ourselves too seriously
• Learn disciplines within Operations as a Researcher/Resourcer in order to successfully identify appropriate candidates for the Associate Director • Market mapping - mapping out potential candidates at selected companies (banks, asset managers, financial services organisations) adding suitable profiles to the database and providing relevant hotlists to the consultant • Linkedin outreach - candidate lead generation via LinkedIn headhunting specifically to relevant live jobs • Lead generation across supported disciplines, providing qualified lead information • Filtering unsuitable applicants from those that are relevant for current or future opportunities • Prepare and refine candidate CV’s for client submission • Producing a daily shortlist of “star” candidates to present to consultants • Assessing candidates and having the ability to “sell and close” to active and passive candidates
