HOW IT ALL BEGAN

Matt started Charles Levick on his own from a small office in the city back in October 2008, with the clear aim of creating a specialist consultancy that established strong and honest relationships with both clients and candidates. Achieving great success from the beginning and building solid relationships, he started to grow the business to fulfill his vision of creating a company with great individuals that focus on delivering unsurpassable levels of service and who are experts in their fields. The company has continued to grow and has expanded geographically opening an office in New York at the end of 2017. Growth plans are still undergoing and we are committed to creating an motivational environment within which people can develop their careers, and where there is the opportunity for everyone to feel valued, their talents to be fully utilised and for both personal and organisational aspirations to be met.
