Are you an experienced recruiter from either a white collar, candidate short, technical market? Perhaps you're a bit bored, and thinking it’s time to shake it up and pursue a new challenge? What's the job?

360 Consultant. You know what that is. You would be responsible for delivering a permanent hire desk in the Clinical Science space, with an existing and validated candidate base. We're predominately trading in contract space, so we're looking for someone to come lead the charge on perms. This is not a market where candidates grow on trees, so reputation matters. We want a headhunting whizz who can put candidate experience at the top of their priorities. In terms of client interface, we want a great relationship builder who can manage a number of different clients. I can't stress this enough. WE HAVE THE CLIENTS. We need someone to nurture the relationships, bring in and deliver on more perm business.

Sounds great, but what's in it for me?

Basic salary of up to £40,000. Generous bonus- up to 20% of quarterly GP is up for grabs if you hit your target. Flexible benefits. Flexible working. Free parking. No more of the M25. Who are you looking for?

We want a damn good recruiter. Doesn't everyone? But we take this seriously. There are more people in SRG who bill over £150k in a year than those who don't, so naturally we're looking for someone to demonstrate that they want to do that and have the chutzpa to get there. Sales acumen and the ability to get people to like you is the biggest thing. Maybe you've not billed huge figures yet, but maybe you're limited by someone more senior or are stuck with rubbish rates. We're not content with 10% - at least 15% if not 20% is what we're aiming for, because clients will pay it. Stop being limited. Come and speak with us.
