Experienced 360 Consultant? Want something new?

I need you to run a contractor desk. But it's not a cold start. You would be taking over from a consultant who has a current weekly run-rate in excess of £7K per week, with great client relationships and a validated and vetted candidate base ready to go. Long term growth is also still possible with a buoyant and growing Food and FMCG sector in the UK showing no signs of slowing down, so we're looking for someone who gets a kick out of 360 recruitment. But with the sector being candidate short, it's not a hard sell given we've got the Engineers, we just need the doors opened. If scoring new business gives you a real buzz and you feel proud of building up new client relationships, this is the role for you.

Sounds great, but what's in it for me?

Other than working for the Recruitment Director With The Best Headline On LinkedIn (he's proud of it, and we like that it rhymes!) we also offer you... • A very competitive basic salary depending on experience, plus the potential for car allowance at more senior levels • Solid quarterly bonus structure- our high performers have been known to take home over £20K per quarter • 23 Days Holiday + Statutory (and your birthday off!) - which rises on length of service • Flexible Benefits- pick the package that suits your lifestyle • Career For Life- opportunities to move roles within SRG or to other brands within Impellam Group

So what am I actually doing?

We're hoping you'd know what a recruitment consultant does at this point, but just in case you're still new or looking to step into a consultant role from a resourcer and want to know what the day to day looks like... • Identifying prospective new clients and engaging with them to work with them as a recruitment partner, selling SRG's services • Sourcing top talent, both passive and active, for our client requirements, and working with them to find them their next role • Running seamless recruitment processes for both clients and candidates • Attending client visits and getting under the skin of what the business is like • Going to networking events relevant to your industry and building your personal brand • Filling jobs. Ok, seems a bit daft to say it, but good conversion ratios are a must!

Our Engineering team don't always do black tie, but when they do they do it well!

We told you it rhymed. Maybe you'll write a better one?
