So who are we and what makes us different ? We do the same as all of our competitors large and small , we just do it with a smile on our face. This business was set up by Marc Kirsch who left Hays believing there was a gap in the market for a company that didnt take itself too seriously. Nearly 20 years and lots of fun later he was definitely proved right. We are now the strongest we have ever been as a business but seek a handful of like-minded people to take us to the next level.

Meet V...

V doesn’t sell, isn’t motivated by money & probably shouldn’t be in recruitment at all but this year celebrated 15 years working with me 15 years ago, I asked to meet V in a smart hotel bar. She got lost on the way, was late, arrived flustered & her sense of timing & direction hasn’t improved much since then She never has any idea what her billings are from one month to the next, she simply thrives off helping people find work & making her clients happy. If she has enough to buy cocktails & handbags she's happy In a world with little loyalty, when you start a business you want to surround yourself with people that are going to stand by you through thick and thin. We’ve had a fair bit of both along the way but have survived it all I am not sure if either of us have another 15 years left in our recruitment tanks but if I had to repeat it again I would want V alongside me (maybe minus some of her shocking post cocktail moments !). Can u be our new V ?

Meet Mark...

I nearly sacked Mark after a week in the business. He just didnt seem interested, seemed lethargic & largely unfocused. I often wonder where Mark would have been now if he hadn’t cried like a baby and begged for his job. Probably stacking shelves in a Dorset supermarket or something like that. Anyway 6 years later Mark does pretty damn well and I am glad I persevered. He now oversees our entire London operation. Clients seem to like his laid back approach too. I guess everyone deserves a 2nd chance ! He could really do with some more support though so we're trying to create a succession plan for him. He's not like he was 6 years ago and I promise he has turned into a highly motivational Manager. His team really like him too. He’s created a slick operation with a fantastic client base where jobs are called in for fun. And because they are good at filling those jobs they tend to be on lots of office incentives. Fancy working for Mark ?
