Recruiter - Self Employed Role

''Earn up to 80% commission on every successful placement you make''. We are looking for recruiters with a proven record of success in any recruitment field! If you are an achiever and want to step out independently and earn more for all your hard work...then this is the role for you. The commission structure is very simple. You will invoice Acruits for up to 80% of the invoice amount sent to the client for every successful placement you make. On your 10th placement you get a free trip to Spain as a bonus!!

Kiran Asahan, CEO & Founder who has 12 years of extensive experience in supporting start-up companies to SME’s ranging from Executive Assistant to Business Development. Kiran stepped into her recruitment career when she relocated to Melbourne, Australia where she made 9 placements in just 4 weeks and realised her untapped talent as a recruiter. Acruits develop recruitment specialists from all backgrounds and industries. In just under a year the company has grown exponentially servicing a multitude of vertical markets. This was achieved all via the CEO’s professional network. We are consistently growing with no boundaries. You will be working closely with the founder of the company who leads and coaches all her recruiters toward success. Salary

This is a commission-based role where you will invoice Acruits up to 80% of client invoice. (Please note the commission structure is negotiable from 70% to 80% depending on your experience). i.e. Acruits invoices client £6,000.00, therefore you invoice Acruits 80% of this amount which is £4,800.00. This is a payment to you for each successfully placed candidate! We hope that you recruit and make placements for up to 6 clients a month as the benchmark with our support and guidance.

How does it work?

Recruitment has been around for over several decades and sometimes it is the old traditional way which is the most effective in generating new business. Ideally you will focus on your own chosen industry where you will begin to develop new relationships by prospecting. This will build a pipeline of leads and then of course referrals to make life a little easier! You will work remotely from your desired location We will provide you with a toolkit of all necessary documents including templates Your very own professional email address and business cards A virtual receptionist to take calls and messages on your behalf A database of potential clients to work through when prospecting Meeting rooms at our offices if/when required Finance and admin support Access to our social media platforms & UK-based job boards Regular support and meetups with the team members
