This is a commission-based role where you will invoice Acruits up to 80% of client invoice. (Please note the commission structure is negotiable from 70% to 80% depending on your experience). i.e. Acruits invoices client £6,000.00, therefore you invoice Acruits 80% of this amount which is £4,800.00. This is a payment to you for each successfully placed candidate! We hope that you recruit and make placements for up to 6 clients a month as the benchmark with our support and guidance.
Recruitment has been around for over several decades and sometimes it is the old traditional way which is the most effective in generating new business. Ideally you will focus on your own chosen industry where you will begin to develop new relationships by prospecting. This will build a pipeline of leads and then of course referrals to make life a little easier!
