Salary, Commission and Package

Many 'fall' into recruitment and there are some, who actually plan an agency career!
It's fair to say, whichever route is taken, most are lured by the money that can be made.
Whilst this is of course a key factor and one of the reasons we get up in the mornings, for us at Trapeze, it really isn't the main driver.

Having the right team culture is of paramount importance to us. We put a huge emphasis on living & working by our individual & joint values - which form the basis of how we work and in turn, feeds into our culture.
It is both this culture and the rewards that have become a by product, that drive us to be the best we can in our roles as recruitment partners and teammates.
