In a nutshell Montreal Associates is looking for a English (spanish is a +) speaking Tech Recruiter to scale our business internationally. Your profile You are someone who loves working in a high-paced startup environment. You enjoy tackling different problems and take pride in delivering thought-through, well designed, and flexible. You resilient, efficient and a good team player. So, to make sure we are on the same line, the ideal candidate is : • Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills | Spanish & Portuguese speaking is a + • A confident and out-going personality • An ability to convince others (some sales or recruitment experience is a plus) • A hard working and dynamic individual with a positive and can-do attitude • An entrepreneurial and accountable individual • Excellent customer service skills • Strong organisation and time-management skills

The job

• Understand the market on the technology targeted and the impact on recruitment • Identify and contact profiles via Websites and jobboards • Advice candidates and offer opportunities according to their skills and professional project • Develop your network of specialised professional • Interviewing candidates • Organise interviews between candidates and clients • Approaching, and building report with a potential prospect • Taking requirements from the client • Understanding client needs and projects • Matching candidates with your clients’ needs • Developing your vertical market knowledge • Following up on each placement • Maintaining the relationship with current clients • Going to client meetings and participating to industry events
