Commission paid monthly
0 to x1 Basic salary = 7.5% (10% during first year)
x1 – x2 Basic salary= 15%
x2 – x3 Basic salary= 20%
x3 – x4 Basic salary= 25%
x4 – x5 Basic salary= 40%
Any billing over 5 times basic salary paid at 50%
Working example below based on a basic salary of £50,000 and range of billings achieved from £150,000 - £250,000.

£50,001 - £100,000 £7,500
£100,001 - £150,000 £10,000
£150,001 - £200,000 £12,500
£200,001 - £250,000 £20,000
