Austin Andrew is a specialist recruitment firm with expertise in Internal Audit, Compliance and Risk Management. Our goal is to build robust controls and strong corporate governance for our clients. We are independent and owner-managed – we’re proud to say that our Directors joined the firm as graduates and went on to undertake a successful management buyout of the original founders of Austin Andrew in 2016. We aim to establish long-term relationships, built upon mutual trust and respect and a true understanding of what makes businesses successful. Our international coverage includes the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

Monthly Billings % £5k-£10k 18 £10k-£15k 19 £15k-£20k 20 £20k+ 25 There is the potential for big commission cheques due to the industries we work in and the high deal values - the biggest monthly commission cheque we've seen was this year standing at £19,600! That's in ONE month!

Christmas and New Year

Our clients don't work over Christmas and New Year so why should we? The office is closed over this period and we celebrate in style at the Christmas Party before we all head home for the break.

Roles

At Austin Andrew we tend to work on mid to senior level hires within Corporate Governance and Finance & Accounting. Salaries range from £50k-£150k with an average deal value of £12k. For experienced consultants we would typically see total billings of around £15k-£20k per month. We do work on more senior roles too with the highest individual deal value being £44k which was billed this year!

Progression

We would expect people to be joining Austin Andrew at Consultant level. If you bill £130k in your first year or £80k in any 6 month period then you will be promoted to Senior Consultant. From there you can decide to become a Managing Consultant, where you will have the opportunity to start building/running a team or you can go down the Principle Consultant avenue where your sole focus is billing. We are a small company who are entering a growth phase so it's a great time to join in on that growth. Once you have proven yourself there is the opportunity to gain equity in the business. Austin Andrew's current Directors and significant shareholders all joined as grads and we are keen to involve those who believe in our success.
