The Head of Bristol will lead and manage the day to day operations of our Bristol Office. Predominantly inward-facing, the Head of Bristol will have responsibility for optimising compliance, profitability, efficiency, the accuracy of reporting and managing people performance. Externally, you will take ownership of the building of a positive employer brand in order to contribute to effective talent attraction strategies, whilst also trying to achieve a positive internal environment that fosters high performance working and retains the right people.

• To assist the Group MD in the implementation of Company tactical and operational plans in line with strategy; making the strategic vision a reality • To manage and control all operations that contribute to sales to ensure that the right things happen in the right way, for the right reasons, at the right time. • To provide strategic advice and solutions to upper management with regards to changing recruitment industry trends and market conditions that may impact on talent attraction, hiring, retention, PPH or profitability. • Contribute to the Company’s ability to grow by ensuring that all Sales staff (irrespective of level) receiving training on the use internal business processes and systems and that they use them in the manner they are trained in • To control spend against the Company’s Budget and Business Plan through regular monitoring in conjunction with the Group MD and oversee decision making that may affect cash flow
