Amy Golding - CEO

Amy Golding is the group CEO of Opus Talent Solutions. At 31 she became the UK's youngest female CEO of a $100 million company when she took the reins at Opus. Amy’s journey started in the strategy team at Deloitte following her graduation from Cambridge University. In 2013, Amy was headhunted for a specially created role as Personal Business Advisor to ex Dragon’s Den investor James Caan, later launching Recruitment Entrepreneur, a Venture Capital Fund where she secured a £4.6M investment and grew the business to £20m over 3 years. Amy joined Opus in 2016 and was appointed as CEO in 2017, so far receiving three national awards for her success.
