You will work with highly respected clients in both local and international markets well as top-level candidates for Private Equity. This is an exciting 360 role within the associates side. We have a very active database you can hit the ground running with. As a headhunter, your role is to work with select list of clients and experienced candidates to ensure that there is a proper job match. You will be trusted with advising international companies and build relationships with their senior management. It is important for an experienced headhunter to gain a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses and work culture.
Minimum 3 years experience within Private Equity or Financial Services recruitment. Self driven, willing to pick up the phone. Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and the ability to develop new business. Ability to build genuine long-term relationship with our clients and candidates. Passion and maturity to network with the professional senior working community. University Degree. Mandarin preferable.

Clients: • Establishing a trusting partnership with existing and new clients within Private Equity • Understanding and advising on the resourcing needs of our clients • Reading up on latest industry trends and providing market intelligence to our clients • Managing the recruitment process with our clients including identifying suitable candidates, interview feedback and offer negotiation Candidates: • Identifying suitable candidates via active database, networking and referrals • Providing market advice to candidates in order to assist in career guidance • Supporting candidates during their interview process with clients • Keeping in constant touch with candidates so as to ensure a continued understanding of the market
