Ropner Fredriks was founded in 2015 in Hong Kong by two good friends: Max Fredrik Darnton and Angus Ropner. The business has quickly become one of Asias leading search firms. We've since expanded into Singapore, London and New York, offering bespoke search and selection services in multiple professional sectors.
