The Junior Talent Sponsor is central to our success in building a growing and engaged community of top-tier professionals globally. You work to attract new members to the platform, connect them to the right opportunities, and guide them in their recruitment journey. This is a multifaceted role, which requires regular interfacing with the Marketing, Product and Client teams to ensure our members get the best possible experience.
Your primary role as a Junior Talent Sponsor is to engage Hiperpool members and connect them to job opportunities based on their experience and career goals. You will manage and track a high volume of hiring processes at the same time. You will provide guidance, gather feedback and move interview processes forward. You will become an expert in top-tier business roles and careers. You will work with the Client team to identify the employer’s hiring needs. You will also help us build our startup and technology by improving Hiperpool's product and processes.
You are a recent graduate from a reputable university and have experience in recruitment or a similar role. You will be eager to learn in one of your first roles as a working professional. You are excited about joining an early-stage company and building a game-changing business. You are an excellent communicator, well organised get things done.

Our bonus is uncapped and based on a revenue share model so everyone is committed to the overall company success.
